In this dependency and neglect case, G.H., father of the child AH., prevailed at his adjudicatory trials on the allegations of the petition. He appeals the January 2010 judgment of the trial court that declined to return the child to him, and instead awarded permanent legal custody of the child to interested party RH. (paternal grandfather). We conclude that the trial court's subject matter and personal jurisdiction terminated when two juries considered whether the child was dependent and neglected and found in father's favor, leaving the court with no basis on…
