This case involves the custody of three minor children of the parties, a girl, fifteen years of age, and two boys, eight and six years of age at the time these proceedings were instituted. The question presented is whether or not an order entered by the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma on April 18, 1962 is entitled to full faith and credit in Tennessee and precludes the courts of this state *456from deciding on the merits- the manifest best interest of these children.
