MEMORANDUM ORDER

tCLARKE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, the United States of America, brought this action seeking $691,105 in damages from five defendants as a result of an allegedly false report submitted to the Navy in connection with the Navy’s participation in the making of the film “The Final Countdown.”

A number of motions have been filed by the defendants. Defendant Cmdr. Emory Worth Brown, Jr., who allegedly submitted the false report, has filed a Motion to Dismiss and a Motion for a More Definite Statement of plaintiff’s claim against him. The remaining four defendants, Peter Vincent…
