SPEER, Associate Justice.

— This is an appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Bosque County in favor of M. L. Clark against J. E. Ware for the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, that being the whole amount claimed in the plaintiff’s petition.

We will not consider the questions raised by, the appellant’s brief since the transcript contains nothing to show that the cause originated in a Justice’s Court and was appealed to the County Court of Bosque County.
