WAGNER, Chief Judge:

Petitioner, Joseph Murray, seeks review of a decision of the Director of the Department of Employment Services (DOES) denying his claim for compensation under the District of Columbia Workers’ Compensa tion Act, D.C.Code §§ 36-301 to 345. DOES determined that Murray failed to establish by credible evidence that he sustained an injury arising out of his employment with his employer, intervenor Paul Brothers Oldsmobile.
