INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Defendant to Produce Class Data (Doc. 28, 35) and Defendant United Collection Bureau, Inc.’s Motion for Protective Order (Doc. 30). For the reasons that follow, Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED and Defendant’s motion is DENIED.
