In a condemnation proceeding, the claimants appeal from an order and decree (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 22, 1977, which, after a nonjury trial, inter alia, awarded them $85,000 as compensation for Damage Parcel No. 1 and $422,500 as compensation for Damage Parcel No. 2.
