In Docket No. 164010, defendant was convicted by a jury of carrying a concealed weapon, MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424, and of being an habitual offender, second offense, MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082. Defendant was sentenced to 3V2 to IV2 years’ imprisonment.
