¶ 1 This dispute centers on the disability buyout provisions of a Buy-Sell Agreement (Agreement) executed by Jon Hauser and William Ehlinger, the sole and equal shareholders of Evald Moulding Company (Evald). The circuit court ruled that Evald's shareholders were deadlocked, and ordered Evald's dissolution pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 180.1430 (2005-06).
