Alleging unconstitutionality of PA 1967 (Ex Sess), No 12, (MCLA 1969 Cum Supp §§ 252.151-252.158, Stat Ann 1969 Cum Supp §§ 9.1095 [51] —9.1095 [58]), the plaintiffs sought to enjoin construction through the municipalities of Pleasant Ridge and Lathrup Village of planned interstate highway 1-696. The circuit court dismissed all 3 complaints with prejudice.
