OPINION AND ORDER
JUSTO ARENAS, United States Chief Magistrate Judge.
This matter is before the court on motion to quash subpoena filed by plaintiff, Milady Jiménez, on February 23, 2010. (Docket No. 42.) On March 8, 2010, the defendant, Amgen Manufacturing Ltd., filed a motion in opposition. (Docket No. 43.) For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs motion is GRANTED.
I. BACKGROUND
