— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: This matter, previously before the court, was remitted for further proceedings to determine whether the People were ready for trial within the statutory period (CPL 30.30, subd 1, par [a]; People v Giordano, 73 AD2d 824). We conclude the People were ready for trial within the six-month period. This criminal action was commenced September 6, 1977 when defendant was first arraigned.
