This is an appeal from an order of a single justice of this court allowing the defendants’ motions to dismiss a bill of complaint filed by the plaintiff in the county court. The bill of complaint was essentially intended to be an appeal from a decision of the Board of Bar Overseers (the board) dismissing a complaint filed by the plaintiff against a certain attorney.
