Judgment was rendered in this personal injury suit in favor of plaintiff, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, and against defendants, the Police Jury of the Parish of Terre-bonne, Louisiana, and Johnny Dupiantis, *481employee of the Police Jury, in solido, for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by the minor, Lisa Luke. Defendants perfected a suspensive appeal from the judgment, contending that the trial court erred in finding liability on the part of the defendants, and, alternatively, making an award of excessive general damages…
