Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Graves, J.), entered September 19, 1986 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, denied petitioner’s application pursuant to CPLR 7503 to stay arbitration between the parties and granted respondent’s cross motion for an order compelling petitioner to proceed with arbitration.
