for the Court:

¶ 1. Janet Sanford sued her neighbors, Walter and Tracy Dudley, in circuit court. She alléges -that the Dudleys have taken certain actions that have caused damage to her property. Shortly before their answer was due, the Dudleys requested, and Sanford consented to, a thirty-day extension of time to respond to the complaint. The Dudleys then served their answer, discovery requests, and requests for admissions all on !the same day.
