MEMORANDUM OPINION

This adversary proceeding is an action for reclamation of goods pursuant to Section 546(c) of the Bankruptcy Code and Section 2-702 of the Uniform Commercial Code. The trial was consolidated with the final hearing in a companion contested matter, pending in the main Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, that was initiated by the filing of a motion to lift the automatic stay provided by Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code (Document No. 93, S-6).
