Dayna Lemcke appeals from a dissolution judgment providing that Michael Lemcke have sole physical custody of Dylan, the Lemckes’ four-year-old son. Day-na Lemcke claims that, as a matter of law, the district court abused its discretion in allowing Michael Lemcke to have sole physical custody notwithstanding its finding that he had initially attempted to alienate Dylan from her and her extended family.
