Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (O’Shea, J.), entered December 11, 2013 in Chemung County, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
While driving her vehicle northbound on College Avenue in the City of Elmira, Chemung County, defendant Bonita Kennedy encountered plaintiff, a pedestrian, beginning to cross the street from west to east.
