OPINION

RlNER, Chief Justice.

This case, here by direct appeal, arises under the Workmen’s Compensation Act of this state and involves the question whether the District Court of Sheridan County was wrong in making an award of compensation to an injured workman under a section of the Act in force at the time the injury was sustained and not under an amendment thereof passed by the State Legislature subsequently which increased the scheduled rates for the specific injury incurred.
