Defendants appeal from a judgment entered against them by Oakland County Circuit Court Judge James Thorburn, sitting without a jury, on June 22, 1974.

Plaintiffs based their complaint on an oral agreement which they allege defendant Clyde Con-nor made with Patrick Hackett in 1964. At the time of this agreement, defendants Clyde and Eileen Connor were in the process of building a restaurant, Connor’s Finer Foods, which they wanted the Hacketts to manage.
