This case involves the interpretation of a contract.
The declaration charged that plaintiffs had entered into an oral contract with defendant, according to •the terms of which plaintiffs were to he paid 65% -of the gross revenue derived from transporting :freight over highways, that they had performed the work contemplated, and that deductions had been made improperly from their earnings, in total .amount, $950,000.
