This was an action on two fire insurance policies commenced in the court below by the defendants in error, the L. C. Adam Mercantile Company, a corporation, F, M. Hubbard, and B. H. Hears, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against the plaintiff in error, United States Fire Insurance Company of New York, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as defendant. The policies of insurance were attached as exhibits to plaintiffs’ petition, and insured the plaintiff B. H.
