— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered May 27,1981 which sentenced defendant upon his adjudication as a youthful offender. Defendant was charged in an indictment with the crime of manslaughter in the second degree (Penal Law, § 125.15).
