This is an adversary proceeding commenced by Veronica Hampton, the Plaintiff and former wife of Ronald Wayne Hampton, the Chapter 11 Debtor in the above- styled case. The immediate matters under consideration are two Motions for Summary Judgment as to Count II of the Plaintiffs Complaint, filed by the respective parties who agree that there are no genuine issues of material fact and that the dispute may - be resolved as a matter of law.
