BROWN, Justice.

■The bill in this case was filed by the-mother against her son to rescind and •■cancel a conveyance made .by her upon promise of support under the provisions of §. 15, Title 20, Code of 1940. The deed, copy of which is attached as an exhibit to the bill, purports to have been executed on the 7th of November, 1940.
