A bill was filed in this case by appellee against appellants for the purpose of preventing and removing .alleged obstructions and encroachments in a street in the town of Bartow. The petition of appeal filed in this case confines the •errors assigned to the final decree rendered on the pleadings and proofs, and the refusal of the court to-grant a rehearing on a petition filed for that purpose. We will, therefore, in accordance with the rule on the subject, confine this opinion to the assignments of error stated.
