Farm & Home Savings & Loan Association of Missouri, hereinafter referred to as “the Loan Association,” brought this suit against Mrs. Velma Breeding and husband Ennis R. Breeding, hereinafter referred to as “the Breedings,” and also against C. M. Landers and wife, Rachel Landers, to recover, among other things, the title and possession of a certain lot of land in Abilene, Tex. The petition consisted of four counts.
