Plaintiff in error, Farm & Home Savings & Loan Association of Missouri, is a Missouri corporation, and its principal place of business was and is in that State. It will be referred to as plaintiff. On June 6, 1932, it was owner of certain notes secured by deed of trust lien on lands in Taylor County, Texas. A part of the indebtedness- evidenced by these notes represented purchase money.
