Eric Gunnels brought a suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against police officers Robert Kenny, Stuart Worthing, Roy Hatchett, Eric Eckles, and Jason Pletscher in their individual capacities, alleging a “search and seizure without probable cause” in connection with the search of Gunnels’s property in Clio, Michigan, on February 12, 2014, pursuant to a search warrant.
