STROUD, Judge.
James Hylton (“plaintiff’) appeals from a trial court’s order granting Hanesbrands, Inc.’s (“defendant”) motion for summary judgment and dismissing his complaint. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court’s order.
I. Background
On 14 September 2009, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant Hanesbrands, Inc., Sara Lee Corporation, and National Textiles, L.L.C. in Superior Court, Forsyth County, alleging defendants’ were negligent, in (1) failing to “keep, create, and maintain the property in a reasonably safe condition[;]” (2) failing to “warn persons present of…
