The Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 7) filed by defendant, Janet Napolitano, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, is GRANTED, dismissing plaintiffs claims.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff held a civilian position, Lease Vehicle Manager, at the Integrated Support Command with the United States Coast Guard in New Orleans, Louisiana. 1 He was removed from his position, and is challenging the sustaining of the removal determination by the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
