This adversary proceeding involves the United States Trustee’s objection to the discharge of a debtor who lost a substantial amount of money through gambling. It is before the Court on the defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, or in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment. The United States Trustee objects to the defendant’s discharge under § 727(a)(2)(A), § 727(a)(3), § 727(a)(4)(A), and § 727(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
