Statement of Case.

HIGGINS, J.

The appellant, Hatley, sued J. W. White and garnished the appellee, West Texas National Bank of Big Spring, the writ being served at 11:20 a. m. December 5, 1923. Judgment was rendered December 12, 1923, in Hatley’s favor against White for $500 with interest. The garnishee answered, admitting it had a deposit of $128.08 to the credit of White, and denied any further indebtedness. Negative answers were made to the other inquiries of the writ.
