The plaintiff herein originally filed a complaint for mandamus against the Executive Director of the State Employees’ Retirement System and the Board of the State Employees’ Retirement System. This complaint was dismissed and the plaintiff filed an amended complaint and a second amended complaint for declaratory judgment. The plaintiff is presently employed as an associate judge of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit.
