OPINION

SHARPNACK, Chief Judge.

Phillip C. Smith appeals the marital property division in favor of his former wife, Lori Lynn Smith. Phillip raises two issues for our review which we restate as:(1) whether the trial court properly found that the lump sum settlement payments from a personal injury action constituted marital property; and(2) whether the trial court properly found that Lori did not have to pay child support.

We affirm and remand with instructions.
