Plaintiff Harold C. Lindsey brings this action against the . District of Columbia (the “District”) alleging age discrimination in connection with his employment as a Canine Handler at the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department (the “Fire Department”) in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (2006).
