The pendency of another suit for the same cause of action in the State of Arkansas, is no bar to the present action. Peyroux v. Davis, 17 La. 479.

Plaintiffs sue defendants for a balance of account current. The debit side of the .account is composed of five items, as follows :

1854, July 10. To cash balance per account rendered..............$9,665 19

26. “ A. G-. Tate’s account collected by you—interest

from 26th July, 1852:.............$149 12

2 years interest at 8 per cent.'....... 23 95
