Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Strike or Dismiss Plaintiffs Class Action Allegations or in the Alternative, to Deny Class *692Certification (hereinafter “Motion to Strike”) (Doc. 142), which the Court GRANTS for reasons fully explained below.
