This appeal involves the dismissal of a suit seeking declaratory and injunctive relief from disciplinary proceedings initiated against a Texas attorney. The plaintiff, a resident of Sherman, Grayson County, Texas, is an attorney facing possible suspension or disbarment by virtue of a state decree. He filed this federal lawsuit claiming that the grievance procedures of the Texas State Bar violate his constitutional rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments as well as under federal antitrust law pursuant to the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
