—In an action pursuant to RPAPL article 15 to compel determination of a claim to real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Krausman, J.), dated October 9, 1986, which dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
