MEMORANDUM DECISION
DOROTHY EISENBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is an objection by Rosemarie Conde-DeDonato (the “Debt- or”) to Claim No. 2 filed by Homecomings Financial, LLC (“Claimant” or “Homecomings Financial”) which seeks to expunge said claim on the grounds that Claimant does not have standing to file a claim against this Debtor’s estate, and was not a creditor of this Debtor’s estate.
