Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered November 16, 1970 in Sullivan County, which set aside the results of a Civil Service examination for the position of Chief Psychologist in the Department of Mental Hygiene and directed a new examination be given. Petitioner was eligible to take a combined oral examination for the position of Principal Psychologist and Chief Psychologist in the Department of Mental Hygiene.
