Appellant Minnesota Mutual Fire and Casualty Company (Minnesota Mutual) has *724obtained review of a court of appeals decision in favor of respondents David and Jeanette Malmin. Answering a certified question from Hennepin County District Court in the affirmative, the court of appeals held that the Malmins were entitled to recover approximately $109,000 in underinsured motorist benefits from Minnesota Mutual.
