CALHOUN, Judge.
— The offense, selling intoxicating liquor; the punishment, one year in the penitentiary.
H. R. Renfro, a witness for the state, testified that he lived in Coleman and he knew the appellant, Marvin Hayes, and he also knew one Sam Munro. On the 16th day of April, Munro came into his shop about 4 o’clock in the afternoon, and while he was cutting his hair he observed that the said Munro had been drinking.
