The Court now considers plaintiffs’ Motion for Remand. (Doc. 15.) Plaintiffs filed this action in state court; and defendants removed it to federal court, asserting diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiffs move to remand this case back to state court, arguing that there is not complete diversity of parties, for plaintiff Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corp.
