MEMORANDUM OPINION

FARNAN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is Defendant, Martin Newark Dealership, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment (D.I.23). For the reasons stated below, the Court will grant the motion in part and will deny the motion in part.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Richard Schatzman, a white male, was hired by Defendant Martin Newark Dealership, Inc. as a manager in the Honda sales department on May 1, 1998.
