Appellant, Beverly Pfeffer, appeals the Court of Chancery’s dismissal of her claims with prejudice under Rule 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim. Pfeffer brought a class action against the directors of Viacom and Blockbuster and against two corporations, National Amusements, Inc.
