Anna and Matt Stidham, husband and wife (collectively “the Stidhams”), appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of Joyce Baxter individually, and as personal representative of the Estate of Irene Lambur, and Ms. Baxter’s siblings, Ruth Becker, Roland Payne, and John W.
