Presently before this Court is the plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery, the defendants’ response and plaintiff’s reply thereto.

*421This case involves a patent infringement action in which the plaintiff alleges that the defendant has infringed its United States Patent No. 3,847,333. The defendant has counterclaimed for defamation, product disparagement, interference with business relationships and anti-trust violations, and in its defense, Paramount alleges that the patent is invalid and unenforceable.
